Chicken with Blueberry Sauce
Cooking and Beer blogger Justine Sulia came up with a wonderful blueberry sauce to pour over chicken. We used boneless, skinless chicken breasts instead of frying chicken thighs and substituted maple syrup for honey. It’s a different concept to put sweet blueberry sauce on savory chicken, but it was just like cranberry sauce on turkey. Get the recipe
